Daily Dose is a challenge built around one simple idea: do one hard/unique thing every single day.
Some days will test your body. Some will test your mind. Some will make you question why you signed up. The goal is to show up consistently, embrace discomfort, and prove to yourself that you can do hard things.
Every challenge can be completed all at once or accumulated throughout the day unless otherwise noted.
⚠️ Important: Check the next day’s challenge ahead of time. Some days may require extra time, equipment, a partner, travel, or an early start. Planning ahead is part of the challenge.
You don’t know what to expect. It could be easy… or it could be awful. Every Sunday is determined by a random challenge, so be ready for anything.
Test your mental toughness in a variety of ways, not just physically. Discipline, discomfort, focus, habits, and doing the thing you’ve been avoiding.
Max-effort challenges designed to show you where you are right now and how much you’ve improved. Bring your best.
Doing things you used to do when you were athletic. Sprints, shuttles, handstands, crawls, jumps, and other movements that make you realize you’re not 17 anymore.
Build up a sweat to the point that you need to hydrate. High-output conditioning, circuits, and workouts that leave the floor looking like it rained.
Fun things… finally. Games, partner challenges, sports, competitions, and unique movements. A small reminder that it can be enjoyable too!
Test the engine. Longer efforts that challenge your endurance, consistency, and ability to keep moving when you’d rather stop.
The goal is to stack 31 days of effort.
